Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your Benjamin Bunny Boutique purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase or product delivery for a full or partial refund or product exchange with a receipt of purchase.*

Returned items will be accepted in NEW, UNUSED condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging included. Returned items must not be used, washed, worn, or altered. Items listed as FINAL SALE and/or personalized items from are not eligible for return.

CUSTOM ITEMS are NOT returnable, refundable or exchangeable UNLESS it is a fault of our boutique.  

To initiate a return, please fill out the contact form or email us at sales@benjaminbunnyboutique.com. Please include your reason for return, items returning by SKU number or order number. (SKU numbers can be found on your invoice documentation).

* We reserve the right to limit or reject any full or partial return. 
**To cover shipping and handling, please note a flat Adjustment Fee of $7 will be deducted from the total merchandise amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to process after delivery to our facility.
